Two different markets
Inland and coastal are not the same job
The distance between Moncton and Cap-Pelé is forty minutes. The difference in how an exterior has to be built is considerable.
- Tri-community. Moncton, Dieppe and Riverview — new subdivisions, multi-unit, commercial and infill. Trades and inspections all close together, which helps a tight schedule.
- The coast. Shediac, Cap-Pelé and up through Kent County — direct exposure, salt air, and a lot of seasonal property. Envelope detailing carries the job.
- Rural and Kent County. Acreage, well and septic, longer driveways. Everything works, it just needs more lead time on services and deliveries.
- Language. Much of the coast and Kent County is strongly Acadian. We work in both languages as a matter of course.
