Moncton has been growing faster than almost anywhere else in Atlantic Canada, and the building mix reflects it: infill townhouse rows, multi-unit residential, and commercial fit-ups alongside the steady stream of single-family work. Several of the projects in our gallery — the black-and-white townhouse rows, the three-storey wrapped shell, the garage units — are exactly that kind of build.
What matters to a client here is usually schedule. Trades are in demand, the exterior season is short, and a build that misses its close-in date before winter pays for it twice. That is the part project management actually earns its keep on.
Moncton is our home market, so scheduling is easiest here — crews, deliveries and inspections all sit close together, which is worth real money on a tight programme.

Yes. A good portion of our gallery is multi-unit: townhouse rows, three-storey walk-ups and garage-unit blocks. Framing and siding packages for those are regular work for us.
Further than most people expect, particularly for anything that needs to be closed in before winter. The exterior season here runs roughly May to November, so a framing slot for a summer start is often spoken for by late winter.
