Riverview is the established third of the tri-community — mature streets, older housing stock, and far more renovation and re-siding work than new builds.
Across the Petitcodiac from Moncton, Riverview was largely built out through the second half of the last century. The houses are solid but the exteriors are reaching the age where the original siding and housewrap are done, and that is a lot of what we are called for here.
The other pattern is additions. Families who like the street and do not want to move add a wing, a second storey or a garage, and that needs framing, siding and finish work that matches what is already there rather than announcing itself.
Riverview streets are established and easy to work on, with driveways and room for a truck. Older lots occasionally mean tight side access, which we check before scheduling a lift.
Call or send the form with roughly what you are planning, whether you have drawings, and when you would like to start. For anything substantial we will come and look at the site — free, and with no obligation.
You will get a written scope with the work itemised so you can see exactly what is and is not included. If something we find during the build changes the number, you hear about it before we proceed rather than on the final invoice.

Usually yes, and where an exact match is not available we will show you the closest options and where the transition will sit before you commit. Matching matters more on an addition than on a full replacement.
Yes. Additions are a significant part of our Riverview work - a wing, a second storey or a garage, framed, sided and finished to match.
It depends what is behind it. If the original housewrap and flashing have failed, siding alone is not the fix. We will open a section and tell you what is actually going on before quoting.
