Shediac is where the coast starts to matter. Salt air, wind off the strait and a lot of seasonal property — all of which change how an exterior has to be detailed.
Shediac sits right on Northumberland Strait, and building here is genuinely different from building fifteen minutes inland. Wind-driven rain gets into anything detailed carelessly, salt air is hard on fasteners and finishes, and a large share of the housing stock is seasonal or newly year-round cottage conversion.
That puts the weight of the job on the parts nobody sees: housewrap laps, window and door flashing, fastener choice, and how the trim sheds water. Siding that is merely installed will look fine for two summers. Siding that is detailed properly is what you actually want on this coast.
Shediac is a short run from Moncton and we work the coast regularly. Summer traffic through town is worth planning deliveries around, which we do.

You will get a written scope with the work itemised so you can see exactly what is and is not included. If something we find during the build changes the number, you hear about it before we proceed rather than on the final invoice.
