Bouctouche sits about halfway up our coastal run, in the heart of Acadian Kent County — a mix of village homes, waterfront property and rural builds on acreage.
Kent County building is more spread out than the tri-community. Lots are larger, a good share of the work is rural, and properties often sit on well and septic rather than municipal services. That changes sequencing: site work, services and access have to line up before framing can start.
Bouctouche itself is a Dune-and-boardwalk town with a strong Acadian identity, and like the rest of Kent County, business here happens in French as often as in English.
Kent County builds need more lead time on deliveries and site services than town builds. We plan around that rather than discovering it in week two.
Call or send the form with roughly what you are planning, whether you have drawings, and when you would like to start. For anything substantial we will come and look at the site — free, and with no obligation.
You will get a written scope with the work itemised so you can see exactly what is and is not included. If something we find during the build changes the number, you hear about it before we proceed rather than on the final invoice.

Questions
Yes, and most of our Kent County work is rural. Acreage builds, wells, septic and longer driveways all just need planning into the schedule up front.
Yes. Garages, shops and outbuildings are straightforward work for us and often fill a gap in the schedule, which can make them easier to book at short notice.
Yes. Kent County is strongly Acadian and a large share of our work here is conducted in French.
